Thanks for purchasing our products at www.balfourhamilton.com operated by Balfour Hamilton LP. Due to the nature of our business and clothing products we sell, items that expire sooner than 2 weeks from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund. For any other items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unworn and in its original condition. If our products arrived damaged, rotten or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a free replacement regardless of its expiration date. DMoose Products ~  DMoose has a no-hassle, full return/refund policy. Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original packaging and must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it). 

Gaiam Products ~ During this unprecedented time where safety and cleanliness is of the utmost importance, we are no longer accepting returns or exchanges on open shipped product or yoga mats.

JupiterGear Products ~  All items must be in original packaging, unopened, and void of additional labels. All items must not be stained, discolored, marked, chipped, broken, or dirty. Safely pack items by each brand into its own box so they're not damaged during transit.

AROMA Products ~ All scenting my diffusers come with a 30-day return or exchange. We do not accept returns or refund on aroma essential oils and reed diffusers.

KeySmart Products ~ Unless unopen or unuseAll  items are not returnable once purchased via our Assets Marketplace online, pickuped, or purchased at The Newsroom.
