Please Note: we have improved our return process. We now accept returns and exchanges, orders below $99.99 via digital cash credit to be used only on our  Assets Marketplace.

Orders over $100, may be returned at any time within 30 days of delivery in the original condition.

1. Return Window

• Customers/Members may return items within 30 days of receipt for a refund or exchange.
   

2. Condition Requirements

• Items must be returned in original condition, unused, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging.
  

3. Return Process (Domestic – U.S.)

• Steps to return:
   
  1. Securely pack the item (original packaging preferred).
      
  2. Affix the return label and ship the item to Balfour Hamilton LP, 1732 Connecticut Ave NW, Suite 400, Washington, DC 20009.
      
  3. We’ll inspect the return and issue your refund or ship your exchange promptly.
     

4. Return Process (International)

• For international returns or refusals, customers must contact us directly—pre-paid labels are not provided.
   
• Any return shipping, duties, or taxes incurred by us due to refusal or return are deducted from your refund.
   

5. Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds are issued within 1–2 business days after the return is received and approved. The original shipping cost is not refundable.
   
• For exchanges, customers should return the original item and place a separate order for the replacement.
  

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

• Inspect items upon receipt. If they arrive damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 days of delivery, including photos and order details, to process a replacement or refund.
   

7. Return Packaging & Responsibility

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless pre-paid) and for ensuring the package is securely packed and insured.
   
• If a return arrives damaged due to poor packaging, it may be denied or incur a restocking fee (up to 25%).
   

8. Lost or Damaged Returns in Transit

• We are not liable for returns lost or damaged after they leave your hands. For domestic shipments, optional shipment protection may be available during checkout.

DMoose Products ~  DMoose has a no-hassle, full return/refund policy. Products must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. Products must be in their original packaging and must be unworn and unwashed with all tags still attached (if your item had tags when you received it). 

Gaiam Products ~ During this unprecedented time where safety and cleanliness is of the utmost importance, we are no longer accepting returns or exchanges on open shipped product or yoga mats.

JupiterGear Products ~  All items must be in original packaging, unopened, and void of additional labels. All items must not be stained, discolored, marked, chipped, broken, or dirty. Safely pack items by each brand into its own box so they're not damaged during transit.

AROMA Products ~ All scenting my diffusers come with a 30-day return or exchange. We do not accept returns or refund on aroma essential oils and reed diffusers.

KeySmart Products ~ Unless unopen or unuseAll  items are not returnable once purchased via our Assets Marketplace online, pickuped, or purchased at The Newsroom.

STATIK Products ~ All  items are not returnable once purchased via our Assets Marketplace online, pickuped, or purchased at The Newsroom.
